Students seeking admission to the school are to get their name registered in the month of January onwards. Admission is done purely on the basis of the availability of seats in each class. 25% seat is reserved in base class under provision of RTE 2009.
Application form should be properly and neatly filled in and the entries should be made correctly. Incomplete application may be rejected. Children who have completed 21/2 years on 31st March are eligible for admission to Foundation Class; upper age limit is 4 years. Corresponding age limits are applicable for all other classes. 25% of seats are reserved for talented, ST/SC, OBC students and for weaker sections of the society. To avail this facility, the candidates must produce the required certificates. This facility is only for Foundation Class students but if after the last date of admission, seats remaining vacant can be considered for others.
Syllabus for Admission
Question paper for admission to each of these classes shall cover NCERT syllabus of the previous class in the following subjects:
- Hindi
- English
- Social Science
- Science
- Mathematics
Medium
The medium of instructions is English, but special emphasis is given to Hindi and it is taught at all standards.
Conveyance
The school is situated at the location where means of transport are available at any time of the day. The school has arranged conveyance facility. Vehicle plies through the main road, stops at fixed places and therefore guardians are responsible to bring their ward to the bus stop and home. For any changes in bus stop inform the school administration in written for implication.
Library
The school has a very rich library containing adequate number of books on various subjects and disciplines for both the growing children and the staffs. For references and consultations, Dictionaries, Encyclopedia and Year books are also stocked.
Laboratories
Well equipped laboratories for Science, Computer and Mathematics are provided.
House System
For promoting proper interaction, team spirit loyalty and healthy competition among the students, they are divided into four houses after the name of colors. Every student at the time of admission is placed in one of these houses. Each house is also selected for the help of the houses captain. The activities of the house are directed and guided by a teacher appointed as the House sports, arts and cultural competitions are held. Points are awarded to the students throughout the year for these extracurricular activities. At the end of the academic year the house, which gets the maximum points is awarded.
Attendance
85% present attendance is required for the students in order to appear at any of the examinations held in the school. Absence must be written in the school diary signed by the parents and guardians. No one who has been absent on the previous day, is to be admitted to the class without permission of the teacher in charge.
All the students are expected to attend the school on the re-opening day after each of the vacations. Pupils not returning punctually at the school after the holiday without prior information (maximum 10 days) are liable to have their names struck off from roll and in case of re-admission they have to pay admission fees again. If students have been absent for 15 days without informing the school, his/her name will be struck off from roll.
Examination & Promotion
One terminal Examination and an Annual Examination will be held during the session in addition to the assignments, projects and unit tests. Under no circumstances, re-examination shall be conducted for any of the students. No weight age will be given to the student absent (due to any reason) from any unit test, terminal examination or annual examination held during the year.
Fees
- All dues for a month must be paid latest by 15th of each month (16th of the month if 15th of the month is Holiday).
- Due will be paid in cash/bank chaque at school fee counter. No other person is authorized to collect any money from Parents/Guardians).
- Please collect cash receipt for your payment. No claim will be entertained without cash receipt.
- Parents are requested to deposit the right amount in the counter.
- Parents are requested to save the fee receipt issued to them in proof of payment if needed.
- The school reserves its right to revise the fees without prior notice.
- Parents/Guardians who wish to make payment of the entire school dues of the whole year in the beginning of the session will be allowed a rebate on tuition fee.
- Fee for the month of March must be deposited along with the month of Feb.
- The student will not be allowed to appear in any type of examination, if he/she does not pay complete dues (including bus fair and other fees). He / She will not be issued admit card and will not be allowed to appear in the examination and the school will not hold any responsibility) for it.
- The fees cover twelve calendar months and may be paid in monthly installment or in advance. No reduction is made for Holidays or broken period. Pupil is liable to be charged full fees as long as their names are officially on rolls.
- Fees are to be paid in advance before due date of each months. A late Fee of Rs. 20/- will be levied after payment date.
To The Parents
- Admission of your children in the school is not the end of your responsibilities to your wards.
- Your children are at the school for about six hours only on school day. You must see what they do during the remaining hours of the day and during the holidays.
- You must closely watch that your children come to the school daily, study at home daily and keep good company.
- See that your children keep all the books, copies, pencils, pens etc. in their bags.
- Avoid giving pocket money to your children.
- Do not detain your children at home for petty reasons. A school day lost is lost forever.
- Address all your requests, complaints or suggestions to the principal.
- Success of children in examinations depends on the combined efforts of the parents and teachers.
- Regular ten days absence of your child without informing the school authority may be a cause of dismissal of your child from school.
- After the final bell of the class hours, outside the school: the conduct and safety of your children's will be your own responsibility.
- We expect you to read School Diary of your children, sign it and follow the instructions given in the diary.
- Without your co-operation we can't assure your children's educational and personality development.
- We welcome your healthy and positive suggestions with great pleasures.
Discipline
- Discipline is as important as the education itself.
- Periods of the classes will be notified at the time of commencement of the academic year.
- Students must reach to the school on right time, unless informing proper reason.
- Students must attend the school only in the prescribed uniform on all class days. The student who is slovenly dressed may be excluded from the class room.
- Indiscipline, Indifference to studies, Irregularity in attendance, obscenity in words or any other misconduct, even outside the school premises, are valid reasons for the expulsion of a student.
- Keeping school and classes neat and clean is student's responsibility.
- Serious punishment will be applied after damaging the school property by any student.
- Writing on walls of school is strictly prohibited.
- The school will not be questionable for any action it takes against any student in case any rule or regulation is violated.
- Students will be themselves responsible for the articles they will bring to the school.
- Principal has the right to admit or reject pupils at his own discretion.
- All students will strictly follow the instructions given by the school authority, teachers etc. time to time.
- All students will maintain peace and harmony within the school campus.
